Product Grades

Powder and aqueous dispersion PEEK coatings for improved wear and temperature performance

Based on VICTREX® PEEK polymer, VICOTE® Coatings are available as the 700 Series powders and 800 Series aqueous dispersions. Electrostatic Dissipative (ESD) grades of the 800 Series aqueous dispersions are available to give coaters more control over electrical dissipation to prevent build up of an electrical charge.

ESD grades are designed to help control the rate of electrostatic charge build-up, which is of particular importance in hazardous-area industrial applications, as well as the manufacture of sensitive electrical and semiconductor equipment. F-Grades are formulated to prevent flash rusting that can occur when water-based coatings are applied to ferrous metals.
